Depression: Jessica provides support for individuals experiencing major depressive disorder and other mood disorders, using a combination of cognitive-behavioral and holistic approaches to promote recovery and resilience.
Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD): Through DBT, Jessica assists clients in developing skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness, addressing the core symptoms of BPD.
Bipolar Disorder: Jessica works with individuals to manage the mood swings associated with bipolar disorder, helping them achieve stability and improve their quality of life.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD): By utilizing CBT and exposure and response prevention (ERP), Jessica supports clients in reducing the distress and interference caused by obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors.

Highmark of WNY, Univera, Independent Health (MediSource), Aetna, HMO Medicaid plans, HMO Medicare plans, Cigna, United Health/Optum, UMR, out of network, and private pay.
Sliding scale and payment plans are available upon request.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
Telehealth or In-person

In-Person Services: Clients can schedule face-to-face sessions at Jessica's comfortable and private office. This option provides a personal and direct therapeutic experience, allowing for deeper connection and engagement.
Telehealth Services: For those who prefer or require remote access to therapy, Jessica provides telehealth sessions via secure video conferencing platforms. This flexible option ensures continuity of care, regardless of location or circumstances, while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality treatment.
